If you are a current patient of Palomar Health Medical Group and have access to your account, please log in now to the Palomar Health Medical Group Patient Portal. If you are new to Palomar Health Medical Group or do not have a portal login, please provide your information. Please note, any patient who fails to show up for an appointment without canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be considered a no-show. If the patient has been a no-show three times in a 12-month period, they will be charged a $25 no-show fee or $100 for any missed scheduled procedure. Any patient who fails to show up for a fourth appointment within the year’s period may be subject to discharge from the practice upon review. To learn more, please ask to see PHMG Policy #201.
